  • After 25 years in the corporate world, I reached a breaking point. The constant stress and pressure led to anxiety, depression, and physical issues. My emotional state couldn’t bear the weight of the corporate environment anymore. It was during a year-long break that I reconnected with my Expressive Arts training, my Theater background, and my natural healing practices. I came to understand that much of our suffering—both physical and emotional—stems from psychosomatic issues, and true healing requires addressing the mind-body connection.

    Now, I’m thrilled to return to the creative parts of myself and offer this work to those who need it. My mission is to help people break through anxiety, depression, and other obstacles, and to inspire them to live with passion and purpose. Whether you're struggling with stress, seeking emotional balance, or simply looking to reconnect with your joy, I’m here to guide you in overcoming the blocks that hold you back.

    For actors, I provide a space to dive deeper into the body and emotions, enhancing your ability to fully embody your characters. And for corporate professionals like myself, I help you find balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with your true purpose. Whatever your path, I’m excited to support you in living with more authenticity, vitality, and passion.
